The assessment and governance of regional groundwater pollution is an important prerequisite for promoting high-quality economic and social development,and it is also a"ballast stone" to ensure the sustainability of the economic and social integration development model.However,due to the overlapping and intertwining of multiple core factors such as social economy,hydrology,climate,and geomorphology,the complexity of accurate groundwater pollution assessment has increased geometrically.As a result,the existing groundwater pollution assessment methods have been unable to meet the high requirements for accurate assessment.In order to better explore the precise methods and efficient paths for the prevention and control of regional groundwater pollution,this research selected the groundwater quality in southern Jiangsu as the research object,built a GPAM evaluation model for accurate evaluation,and analyzed the groundwater in the region in multiple dimensions and in-depth.Combined with the SD simulation results of the groundwater pollution prevention and control strategy,research results of simulation control of water pollution coupling model and the planning results of the corresponding control unit level type.And then providing a strong scientific basis and premise guarantee for the governance and control of groundwater pollution in southern Jiangsu,as well as the optimization of groundwater pollution governance and control strategies.(1)Based on the basic theories such as variable fuzzy sets,set pair analysis theory,entropy method,Nemerow index method,and pollution load ratio method,this research proposed an innovative GPAM regional groundwater assessment and analysis model.Logically integrating the above-mentioned optimized theoretical methods and corresponding sub-modules,and combining the core elements of comprehensive fuzzy operator "C",relative difference degree "u’i",relative connection degree"ui",Nemeiro index value "Pi" and pollution load ratio"Ji",the accurate assessment and classification analysis of the regional groundwater pollution status are realized.In addition,the groundwater quality test data collected uniformly and randomly in southern Jiangsu was selected to effectively test the evaluation performance of GPAM.Based on the numerical results of perfonnance indicators,it fully proves that the proposed GPAM evaluation model performs the most superior.(2)This research randomly collected the index parameter values of groundwater pollution in southern Jiangsu,and used the GPAM evaluation model to perform comprehensive calculations.The pollution levels of the sample evaluation points corresponding to different local areas in southern Jiangsu are "Ⅰ","Ⅱ","Ⅲ","Ⅳ" and "Ⅴ",and the corresponding optimized Nemerow index value "Pi" and other comprehensive evaluation results.Through the analysis and collection of the results of groundwater pollution evaluation in southern Jiangsu.the overall and local pollution characteristics of groundwater in southern Jiangsu are obtained.Then,based on the level of different types of pollution elements,economic aggregates and the level of different regional categories,a multi-dimensional in-depth analysis was carried out;the characteristics and laws of groundwater pollution in different regions were obtained.(3)Based on the perspective of the regional grade,the cumulative pollution load ratio of pollutant elements,and the main pollution index load angle,this research constructed 3 different types of planning models,including RLCUPM,PECUPM and PMMPICU,to analyze the different economic agglomerations and major factors in southern Jiangsu.The types and priority levels of the control units for the prevention and control of groundwater pollution at various levels,such as pollution indicators or partial evaluation regions,were divided into more detailed,comprehensive,and scientific divisions;then,multiple analyses based on the dimensions of economic aggregates and evaluation regions.At the same level,combined with the level results of the groundwater pollution assessment and the degree of membership in the corresponding area,an independent in-depth analysis was carried out;finally,the planning results of the control units with different priorities in the southern area were obtained.(4)Based on the groundwater pollution control strategy system flow stock map in southern Jiangsu,this research constructed a system dynamics model of groundwater pollution prevention and control strategies in southern Jiangsu,and designed 9 sets of simulation programs and strategies based on strategic factors such as "negative environmental effects of economic aggregation","garbage emissions" and "financial and institutional support".Through simulation analysis,it is concluded that strategic factors such as agglomeration effect,population base,pollution discharge and the number of pollutant companies have a significant negative impact on the effect of groundwater pollution prevention and control in southern Jiangsu.However,factors such as system matching,prevention and control technology,agricultural and forestry coverage and environmental regulations have the opposite logical relationship,which reflect a significant positive correlation.Then,the economic development model of southern Jiangsu is divided into three scenarios:ecological W1,balanced W2,and economic W3.Combining core parameters such as "clustering effect",and setting up a total of 9 new simulation strategies based on the above 3 scenarios;then,innovatively introducing GDP as an important indicator parameter of the simulation strategy for setting and simulation,and finally exploring a more suitable current targeted prevention and control strategies for groundwater pollution in southern Jiangsu and ways to improve balance(W23).(5)Based on the water quality models of MIKE11 and MIKESHE,and based on the characteristics and laws of groundwater pollution in the area and characteristics of pollution prevention and control,this research innovatively constructed the MIKE water pollution coupling model.Through the calibration and verification of the model parameters;then,the targeted control simulation plan and design;finally,the calculation showed that the control effect is the most superior,the control effect is the most significant,and the strategic combination plan is most suitable for the prevention and control of groundwater pollution in southern Jiangsu.
