Under the downward pressure of macroeconomics,there are still many unstable and uncertain factors in the recovery of the world economy.The macro economy of China is in a critical period of development.The tobacco industry of China has gradually formed a pattern of large markets and large circulation,while the implementation of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control has made the reform of the tobacco industry imminent.The tobacco industry is facing unprecedented challenges,with the restrictions on packaging,taxation,advertising,and sponsorship.Yet the crisis is also an opportunity,and human resource management is the first to make changes as a core component of enterprises.Therefore,the research on human resources management in the tobacco industry in Jiangxi Province has important theoretical and practical significance.In the development process of the tobacco industry,how to solve the problem of human resource management effectively has become the focus.This paper uses the literature research method,comparative research method,investigation research method and other methods to comprehensively analyze the human resources management of tobacco industry in Jiangxi Province.By looking at the status quo,it finds out and analyses the key problems of human resources management in the tobacco industry in Jiangxi Province,and proposes four aspects to enhance human resource management of enterprises,which are: to build a salary management system that puts fairness first and employee contribution the second,to form a pilot team to stimulate the motivation,initiative and creativity of employees,to set up a training course system that enhances post competency,and to build a performance management system with capacity building and quality improving as the core.The author holds that these measures will lead to scientific performance assessment,reasonable employee allocation and effective training programs of human resources management,and will ultimately promote the healthy development of enterprises.
