| In recent years,the problem of environmental pollution in China has become increasingly serious,and the CPC Central Committee has made a strategic plan to strictly observe the ecological red line and effectively protect the environment.Xi Jinping put forward the important conclusion that gold and silver mountain is no better than green water and green mountain.In the past,the environmental protection work in our country has been dominated by the governance of urban areas,the lack of environmental protection related infrastructure in rural areas,and the relative lag of environmental protection work.With the improvement of farmers’ living standards,the production of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County is increasing year by year,but the awareness of farmers’environmental protection is poor,and the phenomenon of random disposal of domestic waste is very common,which has seriously affected the quality of life of the vast number of rural residents.Quantity.In the past,environmental protection mainly focused on industrial and urban pollution.In recent years,the problem of rural domestic waste pollution in Huoqiu County has become increasingly prominent.The construction of a clean new countryside and the realization of coordinated economic and environmental development are facing severe challenges.However,it should be noted that,compared with the neglect of the treatment of rural domestic waste in previous years,the local government in Huoqiu County is gradually establishing a rural domestic waste disposal system,the garbage cans are gradually in place,and the garbage disposal staff is growing.But there are still some inherent problems.The disposal problem of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County is that the garbage is discarded at random and coexists with the old garbage,the sanitation cleaners are not in place,and the farmers’ environmental protection consciousness is poor,and so on.The results are mainly reflected in the aspects of the serious water pollution,the scarcity of clean water source,the degradation of the quality of the soil,the deterioration of the human settlement environment and the destruction of the ecological environment.This paper summarizes and studies the treatment of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County,analyzes the historical evolution of the treatment of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County by consulting the relevant literature and data,and visits some villages and towns in Huoqiu County.This paper combs the disposition and sta ffing of the rural domestic waste treatment facilities in Huoqiu County,understands some existing problems in the treatment of the rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County,and an alyzes and probes into the existing problems in the treatment of the rural domestic waste.The main purpose is to provide theoretical support and reference for the research on the treatment of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County for reference and enlightenment.Tak:ing the treatment of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County,Anhui Province as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the treatment of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County,Anhui Province,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems through consulting the data and visiting and investigating.This paper probes into the outstanding problems faced by the treatment of rural domestic waste in Huoqiu County,understands the causes of the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Including increasing government investment,guiding social forces into governance,carrying out environmental protection education activities,in order to provide reference for public policy making departments to further improve the policy. |
