Research On China Bauxite Development Cost Model

Aluminum is one of the most widely used metals in the world.With the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization,the demand for primary aluminum has also grown rapidly.As a main raw material for primary aluminum,bauxite has become increasingly prominent in its supply capacity.China's bauxite is rich in total and concentrated in concentration,but the resource endowment is relatively poor,and the mining cost is relatively high.How to rationally plan China's bauxite resources,reduce production costs,and evaluate the cost attributes of different mines.The safety of bauxite supply has theoretical and practical significance.The paper takes the construction of China's bauxite development cost model as the core goal,and closely analyzes the three parts of China's bauxite,development cost and model.Firstly,the status quo and production process of China's bauxite resources are analyzed.Secondly,alumina is selected as the standard product.The development cost is defined and analyzed from the perspective of weight.Finally,the paper is based on the development cost of China's bauxite mine.The sample set,using regression analysis method,analyzes the relationship between the mining and selection coefficient of the mine and the mining cost and development cost of bauxite,and forms the development model of China's bauxite mine.Through resource analysis and market analysis,it is believed that China's bauxite resources are abundant,but the resource endowment is poor,far from meeting domestic demand.The resource gap in the next 10-15 years will be more than 70 million tons,and the external dependence will remain in the long term.40% to 50%.It is imperative to make full use of domestic resources and quantitatively analyze the economic value of existing bauxite resources.From the perspective of weight,the development cost is defined and analyzed,and the development cost of bauxite is studied in combination with field mine data.The cost of bauxite development should include part of mining cost and smelting cost(alumina);summarizing the research to form a bauxite mining cost model in China,establishing the relationship between development cost and various influencing factors and models,thus achieving geology The quantitative factors of the report are related to the quantitative conversion between the mining cost and development cost of bauxite.
