Under the trend of world economic integration and resource globalization, the availability of global bauxite reserves is closely related to the availability of production and market price changes, exploring the supply capacity of bauxite in a certain period of time to ensure the continued supply of mineral resources.Stable supply and national economic security,it is imperative to analyze the supply capacity of bauxite in typical countries and mines. The topic of the thesis is based on the mineral resources guarantee degree demonstration project of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, with the help of the mature research methods and perfect processing procedures of the Academy of Sciences. The Safeguards Demonstration Project analyzes China's mineral supply capacity in 2013.Based on this, this paper analyzes the 2017 bauxite supply capacity of typical countries and mines and is innovative. The paper systematically analyzes the global bauxite mine based on the cost factor perspective, and divides the bauxite production cost into royalties, labor costs, fuel costs, electricity costs, explosives costs, maintenance and consumables costs, maintenance capital costs, and others.Cost, mainly to explore the impact of various cost factors of bauxite mines, with reference to the average production cost of bauxite mines in the world or regions,so as to have a clear and overall understanding of the cost of bauxite in various regions of the world, how to Provide reference for selecting high-quality mine sources and making reasonable overseas investments. At the same time,a total of 77 representative bauxite mines were selected from 8 countries or regions(Africa,Asia Australia Central and South America,China,CIS,Europe and the Middle East),based on DCF financial cash flow discounted valuation. The model, geological analogy and related technologies are used to calculate the available prices for each mine at an internal rate of return of 0%and the available reserves and available production for 2017.A map of the global bauxite reserves, production and prices in 2017 was prepared. The availability curve clearly reflects the supply of world bauxite reserves and production in 2017 when the internal rate of return is 0%,that is,if the company and the employer are not profitable, but can maintain operation and maintain business operations.Ability to provide reference for ensuring the sustainable supply of mineral resources and national economic security.Analytical research shows that among the factors affecting the production cost of bauxite in the world, labor costs and maintenance and consumables costs account for a large proportion.Australia and other Oceania regions and Africa are at the lowest cost of the first two, respectively,at 12.3 US dollars/ton and 15.1 US dollars/The tons are lower than the global site cost of $16.18/ton.The cost in Europe is up to US$32.1/ton.The quality of China's bauxite is not high and the cost of electricity and royalties are relatively high.Under the current situation of sluggish minerals, the state should accelerate the resolution of low-end production capacity, promote the transformation and upgrading of the bauxite industry, and enable the sustainable development of bauxite resources in China. The world's bauxite reserves are abundant and the supply is sufficient In 2017,the global reserve limit was 24.239 billion tons, and the global production cap was 326 million tons. From the perspective of global bauxite mine supply capacity, the highest-priced bauxite mine is Mirai in Central and South America, and the price is US$42.1/ton.From the perspective of global bauxite supply capacity, available for production. The top three rankings are Rio Tinto in the UK,Alcoa Corp in the US and South32 Ltd.in Australia. In 2017,the available production was 44 million tons,0.29 billion tons and 17 million tons, respectively. The ratios were 16.1%,10.4%,and 6.3%,respectively.From the global bauxite country or regional perspective,Australia and Asia are the world's first and second lowest available price regions in 2017,with an average available price of $17.61/ton and $18/ton,respectively.There are abundant bauxite resources.
