In recent years,China's oil companies have begun to use HSE management performance evaluation to measure the effectiveness of their HSE management implementation.HSE management performance evaluation has made important support for the sound development of oil companies and the control of health,environmental protection and safety risks.Helps the enterprise to understand its HSE performance level and the problems in HSE management,and provides guidance for the improvement and improvement of HSE management level.However,due to the domestic HSE management performance evaluation is still in the exploration and preliminary application stage,the results obtained are not yet satisfactory.It is also necessary to continuously optimize and improve the HSE management performance evaluation according to the production characteristics of the enterprise.This paper analyzes and studies the problems related to HSE management performance evaluation of CQ drilling company by means of literature research method,field interview method,case study method,and CQ drilling company as the research object.Preferred,through the analysis of the current status of the HSE management performance evaluation of the CQ drilling company,it is determined that the existing problems in the current HSE management performance evaluation include:imperfect evaluation content,unreasonable evaluation index weight,and lack of corresponding supervision of the evaluation process,Then,on the basis of reviewing the literature and drawing on the previous research results and experience,we improved the existing evaluation program through such measures as evaluation content,evaluation index weight and evaluation process optimization.The evaluation effect of the optimized HSE management performance evaluation scheme is analyzed.Finally,the improved HSE management performance evaluation program and put forward four safeguards,Including continuously improving and optimizing the HSE management performance evaluation content,innovating the HSE management performance evaluation methods,perfecting and improving the HSE management evaluation system and restraint mechanism,and strengthening the evaluation team construction,It provides a reference for further improvement and improvement of the HSE management performance evaluation system of CQ Drilling Corporation.
