The resource-rich Shenmu gas field can guarantee the gas consumption of downstream users of Changqing.As the number of downstream users increases year by year,people's development requirements for Shenmu gas field are also increasing.The feasibility study carried out in this paper has important guiding significance for the design and implementation of the surface engineering of Block S in Shenmu Gas Field.Through the full investigation of the existing ground technology and the topography in this block,this paper conducts a feasibility study on the new natural gas processing plant,gas collection pipeline and multi-purpose station pipeline project.Firstly,The text analyzes the temperament components of the raw natural gas.By using HYSYS software to simulate the process flow in the new natural gas processing plant,the main process includes dehydration and elimination of heavy hydrocarbons process,supercharging scheme process flow,condensate stabilization process and non-condensing gas recovery process.The final natural gas treatment plan is determined by adjusting parameters,program comparisons,and economic analysis.In order to prevent the formation of hydrate in pipeline,this paper puts forward the scheme of inhibiting hydrate formation and makes analysis and calculation.By selecting the hydrate inhibitor and the the injection site,simulateing the amount of alcohol injection,and useing the theoretical formula to verify the simulation results,an alcohol injection scheme suitable for the block is obtained in the end.Secondly,according to the actual terrain and local conditions of the S block,combined with the requirements of the specification,the TGNET software is used to simulate the operation conditions of the newly built pipe network of the project,and the basic parameters of the gas transmission process are determined through comparison of the schemes.In addition,this paper analyzes the adaptability of the pipeline to the multi-purpose station pipeline every year,and formulates the corresponding compressor startup scheme.According to the principle of pipe selection,the pipe type and steel grade were determined,and the strength and stability were checked.Finally,the project strictly follows the requirements of the station standardization design process,combined with the project's own characteristics and functional requirements,selected the main equipment in the station,and proposed the corresponding auxiliary engineering program.
