With the development of the society, as a huge energy source, unconventional oil has attracted the global attention due to the increasing demand of energy all over the world. At the same time, the rising oil price makes the commercial exploitation possible. Oil sands, as the main source of unconventional oil resources, play an important role in the world energy supply. SAGD is one production way of underground mining.The research is based on the ground processing and application of Canadian SAGD oil sands. This paper studies gathering and transferring system analysis and safety evaluation, the purpose is to offer useful reference and guidance for the design of the gathering and transferring process and to improve the economical efficiency and safety.Establish the calculation model of gathering oil pipeline and gathering gas pipeline in the design scheme with OLGA software. Research the flow characteristics of the oil and gas pipeline, such as pressure drop, temperature drop, the liquid holdup and flow rate. Because of the existing of CO2 and water in the annulus gas, the corrosion rate of gas pipeline is high. Through analyzing the influence of transport medium, operating conditions and the pipeline parameter on the corrosion rate of gas pipeline, this paper tries to find methods to slow down the corrosion rate. Draw the conclusion that in the high temperature conditions, corrosion rate decreased obviously with the increase of temperature, and oil-gas mixing transportation model that importing annulus gas into oil pipeline also can reduce corrosion rate theoretically.In this paper, calculation models of several kinds of curved pipes were established with FLUENT software respectively to choose suit structure elbow in the studied case. In different ratios of bending radius to diameter common curved pipes, the maximum erosion rate decrease with the increase of ratios of bending radius to diameter for the elbow with the same diameter. In the plug tees, the erosion centralized on the junction of two straight pipelines. And compared with common elbow, the ball elbow can reduce erosion rate efficiently. Through analyzing the particle track, the sands will not settle and stay at the bottom of the pipe in all the models established.
