Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of gathering and transportation, serious aging of the pipe network, frequent corrosion failures of pipelines, a large number of replacement pipe network, pipe network of poor capacity of gathering and transportation, difficult transformation of gathering and transportation system and poor anti-theft performance of traditional gathering mode in the old oil field. Based on the characteristics of oil reservoir in Henan oil field and existing pipe network conditions, in this paper, the optimization method of the gathering and transportation technology is studied. Mainly complete the following work:(1)In the accurate analysis of the current "secondary cloth station" on the basis of gathering and transferring mode, it put forward by means of well pumping unit "indicator diagrams method" wellhead remote online measurement technology to replace the existing metering station link, and reduce the energy consumption and shorten the line. we has carried out large-scale test in 72 wells river area, measurement accuracy up to 95%. According the problems of wax high pour-point oil well difficulty to solve accurately pump indicator diagrams. It is taking correction method of equivalent additional load to reduce measurement error. The next second oilfield test measurement and output error are 10% or less, and satisfies the requirement of oil well measurement.(2)Aimed at the status quo, the water heating process of water, temperature, pressure, all coming from the joint station, it puts forward high temperature well in situ dehydration back mixing technology instead of the joint station. In 15# and 19#,#1,#18 and 28# test metering station, we make the emergence of water oil 30 mg/L or less, make water temperature raised 10?35?; the process to shorten reduce the pressure loss of 0.3-0.5MPa, it reduces the water pipe network investment and maintenance cost, reduces the joint stand repeat treatment fluid volume and heating energy consumption, and implements the rivers at zero water blending operation target. And through to the output liquid moisture content, produced fluid composition, temperature, flow velocity, well stations distance sensitivity analysis of the five factors influencing the gathering, it is concluded that water heat tracing technology. It is determined the straight way and mixing water, water blending to realize fine optimization.(3)Through the accurate analysis of fluid flow along the buried pipe flow regularity of temperature dropping down when the temperature drop and pressure drop model, we select the areas under the jurisdiction of the 14# station oil well J6-175 and the 35# station oil well T9-188 to test. By comparing the actual production process parameters and pipeline calculation results, it proved that the temperature drop and pressure drop formula is adapted to Henan oilfield. At the same time, according to the rule of variation of temperature field and stress field, we established to nearby concatenated with low temperature, high temperature well, trunk line near the low temperature well laying, optimizing well watered, expand the gathering radius at the end, the new pipe string of old well, subsection control primarily to" drive, rely on, optimum, string, expansion, reduction," and so on seven simplify network combination optimization scheme. And we have been applied on site and good results have been achieved.In 2016 optimization of single well pumping technology in Henan oilfield field test achieved success. For single well wellhead metering optimization technique, a total of 132 test Wells, with the online calibration measurement comparison, more than 95% of the oil well error (plus or minus 10%, meet the needs of the oil well measurement. Aimed at high temperature on the dehydration produced fluid back mixing technology, we apply the plant dehydration back mixing device in 5 metering station applications. We reduced mixing water 867 m3 daily, the temperature rises 15??30?, reduced the mixed water 31.7×10~4 m~3yearly.
