The shale gas field gathering and transportation system hsa the characteristics which contain a large system,complex pipe network,numerous process equipment and dispersion.According to the overall plan for shale gas development,the annual output of the Changning block will reach 50×108m3/a by 2020,and the production will be stabilized through indirect wells form a supporting technology for the development of China's oil shale gas.In the previous construction process,there were many problems such as the diameter of the pipe and the excessive selection of the pipe wall,the insufficient sand removal capacity of the process equipment,and the low degree of equipment armoring,resulting in construction waste.This paper takes the Changning shale gas block as the research object,investigates the current situation of shale gas ground engineering construction at domestic and abroad,and establishes a set of shale gas ground engineering development plan.The main research work is as follows:(1)Research on the development of shale gas at domestic and abroad,the status of exploration and development,the layout of ground gathering and transportation,equipment and technology,and the characteristics of shale gas field mining in China;summarizing the shale gas development,single well production change,gathering pipeline network difficulties in layout and process equipment selection,and needs to consider a series of problems such as pressurized mining at the beginning of design;(2)Collecting the geographical surrounding environment of the target gas field,analyzing the gas reservoir development plan,well location and production forecast data,and establishing the external transport plan model according to the well location,output and market analysis,and determining through the pipe network working condition.The overall direction of the airflow between the blocks,determine the overall plan for the external transport that is conducive to the production of the main block,and review the minimum pressure demand of the external station;(3)According to the pressure of the external transmission,determine the pressure level system of the collection pipeline network in the well area;establish the overall process plan of the internal gathering and transportation of the gas field and the layout plan of the internal branch+radial gathering pipeline network in each well area;The analysis of the yield attenuation law determines the gas field pressurized layout scheme and compressor selection;completes the hydraulic calculation of the well gathering pipeline,determines the process parameters and selection of the gathering pipelines in each well area;determines the anti-corrosion ratio selection and protection current density calculation Pipeline anti-corrosion measures;analysis of the functions of each site,main process of cluster well station,gas gathering station,dewatering station station;through the calculation of wellhead and pipe network thermal force,it is proposed to use mobile dehydration and ethylene glycol to prevent shut-in Production of wellhead hydrates in re-production;clear dehydration treatment in the well area by means of gas volume allocation in the well interval;(4)Plan the design of the overall automatic control system framework of the gas field,realize the automatic control and remote monitoring of the Changning shale gas block station,form the "modular" and "cooperative" operation of the gas field,and determine the platform,gas gathering station,wellhead,Automatically control the system function,establish automatic control schemes for different production units;determine the electricity demand,equipment load,communication demand and water supply and discharge of each production unit,and establish communication,power distribution,water supply and drainage and fire protection schemes for each production unit;(5)Conduct an analysis of the environmental,safety and health hazard factors of gas field construction,propose corresponding protection and treatment measures,reduce potential risks,and achieve safe,environmentally and sustainable development;(6)Through the analysis of the annual workload,complete the program investment estimate.
