Silver Product Design Based On The Traditional "Hammer" Craft Of Xinhua Village,Dali

In recent years,innovative design of traditional culture has become one of the popular design themes,and more and more traditional cultural elements have been excavated,extracted and adopted by designers.Research on extraction methods of traditional cultural elements frequently appears in the field of design.Such as the cultural gene,the immaterial culture native design system research,the traditional symbol grafting deduction theory and so on.This paper adopts the methods of theoretical research,case comparison and analysis,and through the analysis of the extraction methods of various cultural elements and the design practice,it finds that it obviously emphasizes the application of the dominant feature design generated by traditional symbols.In general,design theories and design applications mostly focus on symbol extraction methods at the level of "form" and "object".Although they also focus on non-symbol fields of immaterial and invisible genes,they are difficult to study in such fields at present,lack of systematic research results and are rarely used in design applications.Based on the research on the extraction of cultural gene,and design theory of neo-confucianism,the insight and research direction,about the extraction of cultural gene,this article focuses on the discussion recessive symbol direction,which extends the study of craft technique direction,go further to yunnan xinhua silver craft and craft technique research,and found that the "hammer" is typical of silver processing technique and research the breakthrough point,xinhua technology gene symbol "hammer" and roots.Next,this paper proposes that designers need to experience the local culture,learn craftsmanship and understand the culture behind craftsmanship in the in-depth research stage.In this way,the integration of design and production is achieved,which is also the communication and compromise between design innovation and realistic production.At last,the designer explored the design practice through cultural experience,process learning and cooperative experiment.
