The Research Of Oil And Gas Cooperation Between Russia And China

Russia and China are two world great powers,strategic partners and neighbors.With the development of the economy,China's demand for oil and natural gas has soared,limited by domestic oil and gas reserves and production capacity,and China's dependence on the international energy market is increasing.Russia's oil and natural gas resources are very rich,and it is adjacent to China.Therefore,Russia's oil and gas cooperation with China is in line with the common interests of both countries and has broad development prospects.Therefore,in the face of globalization and the new world order,deepening Russia-China oil and gas cooperation is of great significance to both countries.In recent years,oil and gas cooperation between Russia and China has entered a new stage.However,although the cooperation between Russia and China is rapidly developing,it is still often hindered in the process.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of Russia's oil and gas cooperation with China and strengthening oil and gas cooperation between Russia and China are of great significance for promoting economic and political exchanges between the two countries.This thesis focuses on the issue of oil and gas cooperation between Russia and China.First,a detailed description of the definitions of oil and gas,energy strategy and energy security.Through the cooperation between Russia and China's oil and gas and the stage of oil and gas cooperation,the history of oil and gas cooperation between Russia and China was studied.Then,using of Russian-Chinese customs and government database and international organizations the annual statistical bulletin`s data,the status of oil and gas cooperation between Russia and China was investigated,and the complementarity of resources and economy Russia and China's oil and gas cooperation was summarized.After then,the existing problems of Russia and China's oil and gas cooperation,including the lack of confidence between Russian and Chinese companies,the delay in the laying of natural gas pipelines,the instability of the Russian investment market and the influence of Western developed countries,were expounded.Therefore,this thesis proposes to formulate Russia's domestic energy cooperation implementation mechanism,accelerate the implementation of the Russian-Chinese natural gas channel,and the Russian government's countermeasures to improve the foreign investment environment and establish a deep-level comprehensive cooperative relationship.
