A Comparative Study Of China And Kazakhstan Energy Enterprise’s Strategy During Cooperation

Relations between Kazakhstan and China have been developing rapidly,there has always been observed the desire of the both sides to establish the partnership of equality and mutual benefit.For energy import-dependent countries like China,access to energy is vital for industry,economic growth,national security,and social well-being.For energy exporting countries like Kazakhstan,that became independent only two decades ago,energy is not only a matter of trade,but it also shapes a shared identity around notions of sovereignty,commonwealth,and national vitality,consequently,social constructions of energy influence perceptions of national identity of both consumers and producers.Thus,we need to further study,because it has considerable impact on the general development of relations between nations,in as much it molds threat and trust perceptions.The second aspect,it involves the development of the formation of the strategy of sustainable development of two oil and gas companies.Because in today’s world oil and gas industrial complex plays the role of a driving force for global economic growth and development of the world energy,the guarantor of revenue to the state budget considerable funds,life support of all sectors of the national economy,as well as economic,political and social stability in society.China petroleum natural gas group company is the largest petroleum company of China,and the KazMunayGas company is the largest oil company of Kazakhstan.The business strategy of two companies represent Petroleum Company business strategy of China and Kazakhstan.This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the two company’s business strategies,and through the detailed description of the case to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of internationalization strategy of Chinese Petroleum Corporation and the KazMunayGas company.Qualitative analysis method based was used to analyze and compare the business strategies of these two companies.Based on comparative research founding,conclusions were made to increase efficiency of business models.Significance of the research is as follows:the factors increasing the competitiveness of the two oil and gas companies;analyzed favorable conditions for cooperation;the ways of further long-term cooperation;to explore ways of ensuring strategic stability of the companies.The formation of an effective competitive strategy of companies is relevant,which is of great practical importance for improving the economic efficiency of the company and is able to provide stable,not reducing the rate of development in the context of continuous changes in the environment.
