Research On The Oil And Gas Cooperation Between China And Russia

Oil and natural gas have an important role in human life.Despite the increase in the supply and use of renewable energy,oil and gas will remain the major energy sources in the world for the foreseeable future.In terms of energy reserves,Russia is a incomparable country in the world today.Until today,the oil industry is an important part of the Russian economy.Russia has also become one of the world's leader in energy exports.The export revenue of oil and petroleum products have brought huge profits to oil companies,huge foreign exchange reserves to Russia,and guaranteed the income level of Russia's national budget.China is an important oil and gas market in Russia.Because of the border between China and Russia,the cost of purchasing natural resources,especially the low cost of transportation,Russian oil pipelines and natural gas pipelines provide convenience to China and increase the inflow of oil and natural gas to China.That is to say,China and Russia are the major countries of energy consumption and supply in the world,mechanism for improve cooperation level between China and Russia.Oil and gas cooperation can not only further promote the current energy trade between China and Russia,but also have an important impact on world energy trade.Consequently,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to enhance the research on China-Russia oil and gas cooperation.This paper consists of five parts.The first part of the introduction,mainly expounds the background and significance of the research,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and determine the necessity of this research and put forward the Innovation Point and the deficiency;The second part is about the theoretical basis of enhancing China-Russa oil and gas cooperation,including comparative advantage theory,factor endowment theory and international competitive advantage theory,to lay the foundation for the follow-up research.The third part mainly studies the development status and characteristics of Russian oil and gas.The fourth part mainly studies the production and use of petroleum and natural gas in China.The fifth part mainly studies the problems of oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia.The sixth part,on the basis of the above research,studies the countermeasures to further promote oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia.
