Oil is a non-renewable resource.With the increase of oilfield development years,the difficulty of oil exploitation and operation investment of DY Oil Production Plant are increasing year by year.In order to adapt to the current high-quality development of production and operation capacity,more endogenous resources need to be tapped to obtain support.The charm of corporate culture lies in a strong cohesive force.This cohesive force can not only enhance the execution of enterprises,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,but also make employees have a sense of belonging to enterprises.Especially in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,we should strengthen cultural self-confidence and promote the prosperity of socialist culture.Through strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,it is particularly important to further enhance the cohesion,combat effectiveness and influence of enterprises in order to achieve cohesion,management and production stability.Under this background,this paper takes DY Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield as the research object,guided by the basic theories of connotation,hierarchy,function and correlation with performance of enterprise culture,and conducts the following research work on enterprise culture of DY Oil Production Plant: SWOT analysis of the current internal and external environment of DY Oil Production Plant,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current production management of DY Oil Production Plant,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of all aspects of production management of DY Oil Production Plant.In view of the current situation of DY Oil Production Plant,optimizing the construction of enterprise culture can improve the production and operation ability of DY Oil Production Plant.Through questionnaire survey and field analysis,the current situation of enterprise culture of DY Oil Production Plant is studied and analyzed from the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material levels,and the existing problems of enterprise culture of DY Oil Production Plant are concluded.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,the specific optimization contents of the corporate culture construction of DY Oil Production Plant are given according to the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material layers respectively.Finally,according to the "thaw-change-re-freeze" optimization model of corporate culture,specific optimization implementation steps are put forward.From the fouraspects of organization,system,fund and evaluation,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimized scheme are given.Under the background of the new era,this paper has certain reference value in optimizing the construction of enterprise culture,improving the level of enterprise management,shaping a good image of the enterprise and enhancing the core competitiveness of the petroleum enterprises.
