Competitive Strategics Analysis Of QLH Storage Plant

Transportation of hazardous chemicals belongs to the modern service industry,promoting economic development,and its direct effect is to optimize the chemical industry in a local area and rationally allocate the resources of the chemical industry.The service objects of transportation cover small and medium-sized chemical enterprises,and provide basic service for the steady and rapid development of chemical industry enterprises as well as the national economy,which plays an important role in economic construction.In return,the vigorous development of China's economy in recent years has also contributed to the development of hazardous chemical transportation enterprises,whose major businesses include railway transportation of hazardous chemicals,highway transportation of hazardous chemicals,and pipeline transportation of hazardous chemicals.Therefore,there is an inseparable and mutually promotive relationship between transportation of hazardous chemicals and the development of the national economy.QLH Storage and Transportation Plant as the industry leader in the transportation of hazardous chemicals in Zibo,mainly engages in services for raw materials into plants,intermediate products transportation,finished products out of plants and so on in dozens of chemical plants of Qilu Chemical Industrial Park which is also known as the third chemical industry park in China.Over more than thirty years,it has been developed into a modern hazardous chemical transportation unit with more than 1,200 workers.Via analytic hierarchy process,SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix the thesis analyzes and evaluates internal and external environments of QLH Storage and Transportation Plant,and through the analysis it is concluded that QLH Storage and Transportation Plant has great potential for development with the changes of competitive environment,national policies and the structure of enterprises;the thesis also formulates competitive strategies to be selected.On the basis above,the QSPM matrix is constructed to identify the competitive strategies of differentiation.In order to ensure the implementation of the strategies,the thesis offers specific implementation measures including differentiation of talents,differentiation of services and differentiation of images.Through the research on the QLH Storage and Transportation Plant,it is expected that the methods of reference value for the transportation industry of hazardous chemicals will be put forward to promote the good development of transportation industry of dangerous chemicals.
