In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy and global economy,people have become the most important resources in enterprises,and the problem of human resources has become a problem that enterprises attach great importance to.At present,the biggest difficulty faced by the resource industry is that the happiness index of employees is not high,and the lack of happiness of employees will lead to the decline of the efficiency of the whole enterprise.Therefore,how to comprehensively analyze the reasons for the lack of happiness of employees in the resource industry,as well as the influencing factors and can actively put forward countermeasures,which will improve the happiness of employees in the resource industry,and even improve the efficiency of the whole resource industry.Sustainable and healthy development is of great practical significance.As a large state-owned resource enterprise in Heilongjiang Province,Oil production Plant A is facing both opportunities and challenges in the last 20 years.In recent years,oil production plant A is facing serious human resources problems,especially the lack of happiness of employees in plant A,which leads to the decline of the overall work efficiency of plant A.Under the guidance of the theory of employee well-being,this paper adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,combined with the actual situation of oil production plant A,and makes an exploratory study on the c auses of the lack of happiness of employees in oil production plant A.In this paper,the general situation of oil production plant A and the present situation of human resource management in plant A are analyzed.Secondly,the general situation of plant A and the present situation of human resource management in plant A are analyzed.The design of the questionnaire and the questionnaire survey analyze the causes and main influencing factors of the lack of happiness of the employees of Factory A.Finally,a ccording to the existing problems of Plant A,combined with the results of the previous questionnaire survey and analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are analyzed.Through the countermeasures and suggestions,we can improve the happiness of the empl oyees of factory A,so as to improve the efficiency of factory A,achieve the strategic goal of factory A,and ensure the long-term and sustainable development of factory A.
