On August 31,2018,the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution was promulgated,which set clear requirements for the establishment of China's soil pollution prevention and control fund system.The problem of soil pollution left over from historical reasons in China is very serious,and the amount of capital required for soil pollution prevention and control work is huge.The existing financial system arrangement and financing mechanism are difficult to meet the needs of funds,and it is urgent to innovate the investment and financing of soil pollution prevention and treatment.Model to establish a longterm funding mechanism.The problem of soil pollution is not only a legal issue,but also an economic issue.From the perspective of international practice,the establishment of the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Fund is an effective means of financing for the task of controlling soil pollution.Therefore,this paper attempts to summarize
