| Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology is a kind of non-contact,close-range automatic identification technology.Its basic principle is to use the energy transmission characteristics of radio frequency signal and electromagnetic field coupling to achieve the identification of the target object.With the rapid development and wide application of oil production technology,traditional multi-stage ball-throwing fracturing technology and subsection fracturing technology can hardly meet the requirements of existing new fracturing technology.By applying RFID technology to downhole fracturing slip sleeve tools,it can be found that the problems of limited fracturing series in the original operation can be well solved.In view of this,the thesis designs a fracturing slipper with RFID as the core technology after a wide exploration of the principle of RFID signal transmission,and points out the main factors that affect the working performance of slipper sleeve in downhole operation combined with the actual working conditions.After researching the theory of radio frequency identification,this thesis chooses the working frequency of the RFID system as 125 kHz,and uses Altium Designer to complete the circuit design of the reader,which includes the design of the main control module circuit,radio frequency module circuit,PCB packaging and welding of electronic components.According to the working frequency of the radio frequency system and the diameter of the sliding sleeve,after determining the geometric parameters,turns and capacitance of the antenna in the system,the tag structure is designed and the sample is made.Finally,the design of the built-in reader of the whole RFID slider is completed.In practice,the underground environment is complex and changeable,and many factors will interfere with the radio frequency system and reduce its stability.In this paper,after studying the principle of electromagnetic field,Ansoft Maxwell is used to establish the finite element simulation model of underground electromagnetic environment,and the influence degree and law of different factors on the signal recognition of RFID system are explored.Based on the design of the reader,the structure of the RFID slipper is designed by SolidWorks and the hydraulic drive system of the slipper is designed.The dynamic characteristics of the slipper are simulated and analyzed by AMESim.The dynamic curves of the moving parts and the simulation curves of the energy release process of the accumulator under different conditions are obtained.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it can provide technical support for the application of radio frequency identification technology in downhole tools and equipment in the future. |
