| Multi-level sliding sleeve fracturing technology is a new type of Well Completion technology in the field of oil and gas well engineering in recent years,which is an important means for unconventional oil and gas resource exploitation.The current approach to take the ball to open the sliding sleeve,can only achieve one-way control,and it can’t achieve multi-level controlling.In order to solve the shortcoming above,this paper designs a control system of switchable slip sleeve based on the existing switch skidding.This paper studies the basic theory of RFID technology,which includes the principle of RFID data transmission,and the factors that affect its reading and writing performance under the environmental conditions of underground,and then,it selects the RFID carrier frequency of 125 kHz.Also,this paper successfully completes the Reader Circuit design and test,it works well under the high temperature of 120℃.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the principle of the RFID antenna and its magnetic factors,all goes well after the coil was made.At the same time,this paper designs a better package for the RFID tag,which satisfies the system requirements and it truly enhances the reading effectivity.Finally,the field experiment was carried out to test the performance of the system.The experiment showed that the tag could be read and the solenoid valve could be controlled when the label was passed through the antenna at a speed of 5 m/s. |
