Sliding sleeve is a very important tool in separate production, it is mainly using of separating oil recovery, separating pouring water, separating compression fracture and separating acidification and so on. It can improve oil wells recovery ratios and oil field production, while it can improve oil field production efficiency, and reduce production cost. So, it is extremely important for separate production to design a simple structure,low cost and good sealing effect sliding sleeve. In this paper, it will be analyzed the current status of separate production, structure and principles of the separate production tools and in view of the short comings and deficiencies of the separate production tools. I designed the sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve is mainly composed of four parts: up and down tube, adapter sleeve, closed sleeve and seals.In the present oil production technology, The traditional mechanical sliding sleeve, and pitching sliding sleeve was restricted on fracturing level. Increase the fracturing series is the key of improving the efficiency of mining. The RFID technology reference to the sliding sleeve, and on the basis of the pitch could replace traditional sliding sleeve of sliding sleeve structure redesign for solving opening and closing decline set problem.We can realize the oil underground fracturing of infinite level with delivery signal balls as a means of opening. In this paper, the signal of the receiving system hardware and software design, and RFID sliding sleeve assembly to the model, using the IDE software to write of reception of the control program, and the introduction of reception. signal ball experiment and signal of heat-resistant pressure experiment,and introduce the experiment of simulated the oil underground signals and reader's experiment. The performance of the sliding sleeve of the radio signal receiving system was verified. Its obtained by simulation software HFSS magnetic field simulation, signal transmitters antenna radiation scope of radiation direction can meet the demand of rf sliding sleeve The experimental results show that the signal receiver system tool can meet the required performance indicators.
