This paper takes the SCADA system of the capacity building project of the Fuling shale gas coke dam block as an example.Through the investigation and investigation of the coke dam in the early stage,according to the actual scene of the gas gathering station and the engineering design requirements,in order to ensure the gas field and The safe,stable and economic operation of the gas pipeline belongs to it,and it is necessary to build a complete intelligent monitoring system for the gas gathering station.This paper designs and analyzes the control system of shale gas gathering station.The whole design focus can be roughly divided into three research parts: the control system of water jacket heating furnace,the control system of separator and the intelligent monitoring system of the gas gathering station.When designing the temperature control process of the water jacket heating furnace,the main work difficulty is the temperature control of the heating furnace.Because the heating furnace itself has the characteristics of single temperature rise,large hysteresis and time-varying,by using the traditional PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control simulation comparison analysis,the fuzzy adaptive PID control method has a small overshoot of the temperature control process.Accurately and quickly reach the set temperature.The separator is mainly for gas-liquid separation of the shale gas mixture flowing from the water jacket furnace.In order to improve the separation efficiency of the mixture and reduce the impact on the sewage pipeline,proper control of the liquid level in the separator can achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.Therefore,the control of the separator section mainly controls the liquid level in the container.The intelligent monitoring system adopts the upper and lower machine cooperation mode and the ABB AC 800 series PLC is used as the lower position machine of the control core.The lower position PLC system includes the process control system(PCS)and the emergency stop system(ESD)control system.On the AC 800 software platform,use the FBD function block programming method to write the lower computer PLC program to complete the collection of on-site pressure,temperature,flow and other data,and to perform emergency cutting of the valve according to the logic program compiled by the causal map.The upper computer is divided into local human-machine interface(HMI)and remote HMI.It is mainly used by field operators and control center managers to monitor the production process of the gas gathering station and process the production data.The lower computer and the local HMI and the SCADA server communicate via Ethernet,and the lower computer transmits data to the SCADA server to the remote HMI as the client to read the server data.From the initial hardware selection to hardware configuration and the establishment of dual-system hot standby system,from the lower machine process parameter acquisition processing to the upper computer monitoring system software design,this paper has a detailed description.This system was put into the site of a gas gathering station of Jiaoshi Dam,which greatly improved the automation control level of a gas gathering station and reduced the number of manual site inspections.
