The operation of gas gathering stations is a key step in the exploitation of natural gas.With the rapid development of natural gas industry,the number of gas gathering stations is increasing while the management and monitoring of gas gathering stations are becoming more and more difficult.In order to centralize the monitoring and management of the gas gathering station's collecting and transferring operation,this paper starts with the characteristics of natural gas gathering stations and the actual needs of the monitoring center of collecting and transferring operation.The key implementation technologies have been studied.Moreover,centralized monitoring and management of multiple gas gathering stations have been realized and Gas Gathering Station Network Real-time Integrated Monitoring System has been developed and completed.First of all,in the analysis of the currently domestic and international demand for natural gas,as well as the current status and development trend of natural gas industrial production and transmission data acquisition and remote control system technologies,the current real-time integrated monitoring of gas gathering stations for natural gas mining and output monitoring centers based on the functional requirements of the system,a five-tier architecture of the integrated implementation of Gas Gathering Station Network Real-time Integrated Monitoring System has been proposed and the functional system of the system has been planned.Secondly,the key technologies are studied,such as gas gathering station data transmission technology,classifying control technology of gas gathering station electric valve and data storage technology of gas gathering station.(1)Because of non-unified data format of each gas gathering station local monitoring system,the large volume of data,and high standards of the accuracy,completeness,safety,stability,rapidity as well as efficiency of data transmission for the Gas Gathering Station Networked Real-time Integrated Monitoring System.This paper presents a technique based on the Modbus-TCP and defines parameters during work in the gas gathering station,process flow parameters,liquid level height,flow meter parameters,and compressor operating parameters of the local monitoring system.(2)In view of the control requirements of the gas valve of the gas-gathering station,the control function of the electric valve of the gas-gathering station has been studied,and a graded control scheme for the electric valve of the gas-gathering station has been proposed.The program,by the graded control and management both remote monitoring center and on-site operation station,has realized the self-locking and interlocking control of the gas-collecting station's electric valve,which greatly improves the control and management level of the electric valve of the gas-collecting station.Finally,based on the research of the above key technologies,the Gas Gathering Station Network Real-time Integrated Monitoring System has been developed.The system has been applied in a natural gas mining company's mining operations monitoring center,which achieved huge success for functional completeness,stable operation,good application results as well.It also contributes to the production decision maker's monitoring and management level of collecting and transferring operation in the gathering station.
