| The gas gathering station plays an important role in Gas fielddevelopment,nowadays the gas gathering station hasa series of problems,multi-module, large area, long construction period, large construction site, highoperating costs, data management chaos, inefficientinformation exchangebetween systems and management,low intelligence that it is difficult tobecompletely unattended.For the common problemswhat gas gathering stationhas and combined with the special circumstancesand complex diversity of fielddevices, based on the produce required, this paper proposes a set of skidmounted gas station design based on production requirement of gas gatheringstation and develops agas gathering station pry station control system whichtakes Siemens (S7-300)as the controller, whilean in-depth study onthe keytechnology to achieve the station control systemhas been done,data collectionand intelligent monitoring also have been improved and optimized.This paper firstly analyzes the process and automation technology status ofthe natural gas developmentingas gathering station, combined with theproduction process characteristics of gas gathering station and the functionrequirements of control system, a skid for as gathering station was designed, and an intelligent monitoring system with its hardware and software integrationsolutionsbased on PLC was also proposed.Secondly, the paper made an improvement to the safety and efficacy of thecompressor control system in the digital skid design of gas gathering station;theselection of separation wascarried outand the pneumatic control valve whichmade separator drain safeand convenient and realized the remote monitoringfunction to automatically drain; that the desulfurization process was improvedandcontrol function was optimized improved the desulfurization efficiency andproduction safety;a new and high-precisionstatistical method of gas flow ratebased on PLC and the corresponding PLC flow measurement procedures withconfigurationmonitoring interfacewere proposed; the date integration solutionsbetween different systems based on OPC technology was proposed to greatlyincrease the level of production management and data exchange in gas gatheringstation for the existence features of scattered gas field,integrated managementdifficulties and large production data.Finally, we developed the PLC control system and configurationmonitoring systembased on in-depth researchonthe key technologies of the gasgathering station pry control system, the remote monitoring and managementcapabilities for gas gatheringstation production was achieved,the security andreliabilityofsystemwas analyzed, hardware and software debug and simulationforthe system was done. The results proved that this gas station control systemhad achieved the desired goals, effectively regulated the production of gas gathering stations, saved the cost of management, achieved thecentralizedmonitoring for productionoperation and management of gas gathering station,reached the intelligent degree of unattendedscene. |
