Research On The Zhong-16 Gathering Station Of Daqing Oilfield Digital Gathering Station Construction

The production process of the oilfield combined station is to separate the three-phase mixture of the oil,gas,and water collected by the oil wells from the metering station and the transfer station.The purified oil is produced and exported.The production process involves free water.Electrical dehydrator and sedimentation tank interface,various container level,pressure and temperature at each node,various types of pump current,water,flow and other parameters of monitoring and control.With the deepening of mining,the composition of production fluids has become more and more complex,more and more detection control points have been run,and the amount of data to be acquired is increasing.It is difficult to meet the production requirements by using traditional manual monitoring and conventional instrument monitoring..Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction of digital joint stations and to innovate the operating mode of the joint stations,to ensure safe and stable production of the joint stations and to achieve high production efficiency.This article is based on the digital transformation project of Zhong-16 Gathering Station of the No.1 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield,analyzes the basic connotation of the digital combined station,and thoroughly studies the construction background,construction process,effect analysis after the completion of the digital joint station,and existing problems and suggestions.The construction of digital joint stations includes the transformation of automatic control equipment,the construction of digital platforms,the reform of labor structure,and the integration of work processes.In the process of construction,it is necessary to organize and coordinate with leaders,improve system guarantees,conduct employee training,and prepare safety emergency plans.Since the operation,the work efficiency of the entire digital joint station has been improved,the number of workers has been reduced,the indicators have been improved,the labor intensity has been reduced,and it has good economic and social benefits.It is recommended to promote it within the oil field.
