Research On Digital Acquisition Standard Of Traditional Ethnic Costumes

Traditional ethnic culture is an excellent traditional culture in China,which contains rich culture connotations and culture symbols for 5000 years.How to better protect,inherit and uttilize data traditional ethnic costumes has attracted wide attention.This resear-ch which takes traditional ethnic costumes as the study object and takes digital protection and inheritance as the goal,intends to build a standard system from digital acquisition,metadata acquisition,digital process to data storage.With 2D image as the target carrier,carries out the research on digital aqusition standard of traditional ethnic costumes,building a resear-ch foundation for cultLural protection,data sharing,and excavation of the law of cultural evolution,so as to realise the digital protection and inheritance of traditional Chinese culture.The main innovation and research content of this paper includes:(1)Firstly,the acquisition environment,parameters,light source situation and evolutions are standardized.And the digital aquisition standard of traditional ethnic costumes has been put forward.(2)Based on the digital aquisition standard of traditional ethnic costumes,traditional ethnic costume aquisition metadata is proposed,which forms costume culture property metadata(CCPM).With the Dublin Core(DC)metadata standard as the core and costume feature label is added,25 elements are expanded to CCPM,and the aquisition metadata which is suitable for traditional ethnic costume annotation is constructed.(3)Based on the digital aquisition standard of traditional ethnic costumes,storage model of traditional ethnic costumes is constructed.By the definition of E-OEM,the storage model of traditional ethnic costumes is constructed.Then,the model is extended by combining image segmentation and image annotation techniques.Grabcut algorithm is used to obtain segmentation subgraph and form E-OEM segmentation sub-model in order to expand the traditional ethnic costume dataset.ML-KNN algorithm is used to annotate subgraph and E-OEM annotation sub-model is formed to realize multi-level annotation of subgraph.(4)Based on acquisition data,the descriptiveness and storage of E-OEM model are analyzed.The E-OEM model is extended by constructing the segmentation and annotation sub-model which takes segmentation and annotation technology as core technology.The theoretical basis and experimental data are laid for the application of national cultural resources digitization standards.
