Wetlands have very important ecosystem services value.The Momoge Nature Reserve in Jilin Province is rich in wetland resources and plays an important role in water conservation,maintaining species diversity and purifying the environment.In order to further enhance the ecological service function of Momoge Wetland,ecological compensation for the wetlands is imperative as an important means of wetlands conservation.In this paper,a total of 7 TM remote sensing images from 1984 to 2016 were selected for band superposition output and image geometric correction.The artificial land interpretation analysis divided the land use types of the protected areas into 7 categories:construction land,water area,woodland,swamp,Saline-alkali land,cultivated land,grassland.the revised equivalent factor method is adopted to The Momoge Nature Reserve calculation and assessment of ecosystem service value of the research results show that the 2016 paper by The Momoge Nature Reserve of ecosystem service value of 1.38×106 million yuan,the dominant function of ecosystem services is the hydrological adjusting value,its value is 8.09 × 105 million yuan,to account for 58.66%of the ecosystem service function value,determine the wetland ecological compensation standard theory combination of 1.11×106 million yuan.In this paper,the study area there are imperfect relevant laws and regulations,lack of the compensation system for ecological compensation,farmers lack of understanding of ecological compensation based on the Momoge Wetland ecological compensation stakeholder analysis,to determine the wetland ecological compensation responsibility the main body and object,compensation for The Momoge Nature Reserve wetland ecological compensation of compensation mode discussed how to select,attempts to establish a wetland ecological compensation theory framework,suggestions to promote the protection and restoration of the Momoge Wetland. |
