Research On Ecological Compensation Mechanism Of Dashanbao Black-necked Crane Nature Reserve Based On The Perspective Of Multiple Subjects

The ecological protection compensation mechanism of nature reserves is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of ecological civilization,an effective means for nature reserves and beneficiary areas to balance ecological protection and economic development,and has become an indispensable part of the construction of ecological civilization.In recent years,the research on ecological protection compensation mechanism in various natural ecological fields has developed rapidly,but since the exploration of ecological compensation in key ecological areas and wetlands is still in the initial pilot stage,there are relatively few studies related to their ecological protection compensation,and nature reserves have the purpose of protecting ecological originality and integrity and the special issue of land ownership,which also makes the ecological protection compensation mechanism of nature reserves different from other Nature reserves are also different from other protected areas.At present,the pilot areas of nature reserves are also actively exploring and implementing ecological protection compensation mechanisms,and some areas have achieved certain results,but many difficulties and problems have been encountered in the process of implementation.The establishment and improvement of ecological protection compensation mechanism for nature reserves is an important task for the construction of nature reserves in China at present.Therefore,it is important to study the mechanism of ecological protection compensation applicable to nature reserves in China to improve the theoretical system of ecological protection compensation for nature reserves in China and promote the construction of ecological protection compensation mechanism for nature reserves in China.Based on a systematic review of domestic and foreign studies on ecological conservation compensation mechanisms in nature reserves,this study combines the theoretical basis and foreign experiences related to ecological conservation compensation in nature reserves,takes the institutional pilot project of Dashanbao Black-necked Crane Wetland Nature Reserve(later referred to as Dashanbao)as an example,investigates and analyzes the current situation and effectiveness of ecological conservation compensation in Dashanbao Nature Reserve,and through document analysis and expert interviews summarizes the problems of ecological protection compensation in Dashanbao Nature Reserve,proposes the content design of ecological protection compensation in Dashanbao Nature Reserve,through the framework of compensation subject,compensation standard,compensation method and compensation fund source,and uses evolutionary game to quantify and simulate the interest demands of each subject in Dashanbao Nature,in order to better find its causes and countermeasures,and based on the research on Dashanbao Nature Reserve related The basic principle of ecological protection compensation for nature reserves is proposed,the framework of ecological protection compensation for nature reserves is constructed,and finally the guarantee system of ecological protection compensation for nature reserves is discussed.
