Research On Monetization Method Of Environmental Impact In Construction Project

For a long time, due to the lack of the economic analysis for environmental impact about the construction projects in its pro-phase investment decision, and the results of economic analysis for the environmental impact don't be used for the project decision in the framework of analysis and evaluation system, then it makes the analysis and evaluation on its performance appear deviation,in other words,the project which is originally considered its environmental impact effect is unreasonable has the economic rationality of the evaluation conclusion, thus the conclusion provides the wrong information for the investment decisions about construction project. If the construction projects have its economic analysis of the environmental impact,then the degree and consequences of environmental effect is monetizedly analyzed based on the theory of economics research,it will combine the environmental and economic problems effectively.The assumption which is mentioned above is always the focus of concern and difficult problem for the investment decision-making departments at home and abroad.Based on economics theory, this thesis has the study of monetization methods for three important aspects of the environmental impact which is the occupation of land and water loss and soil erosion, water,atmospheric and noise environment pollution loss, flooding economic profit This thesis which is on the basis of existing research results at home and abroad has a further study and put forward feasible, strong operability of monetization methods.The studys included are followed: monetization method of land reducing costs calculation based on the method of opportunity cost method, monetization method of forest area reducing expense based on the shadow project method, monetization method of soil and water loss expense based on changes in production capacity calculation method, monetization method of soil monetization method of environmental pollution loss based on the cost of disease and the human capital method, monetization method of entertainment value based on alternative method,and method for the economic losses of flooding and the economic benefit of ssoil weight gain. Each method are analyzed its connotation, and studies its application premiseand steps,and the monetization calculation model is build up, finally the examples are used to verify the feasibility and operability.The monetization methods of environmental impact can make the economic analysis of environmental impact be used into economic evaluation system in construction project. This thesis research results has provided the theory and method of economic analysis for solving the problem of environmental impact quantitative calculation in construction project, these theories and methods will help the future environmental quantification and the theory and practice in the evaluation of the sustainable development.
