Study On Corporate Culture Constructure By GH Group:in View Of Project Management

All enterprises will face the higher requirements on the condition that market competiton is having experienced great change.Related with enterprise culture,the intangible value beliefs,spiritual values and humanistic soft constraints will affect the management and development of enterprises.Therefore,during the period of the development of market economy,more attention should be paid on the construction of enterprise culture.Reshaping corporate culture is a systematic task which will be helpful to scientifically manage the process of enterprise culture construction by establishing methods and ideas of project management which are embedded in corporate culture and introducing new management concepts for systematic planning,design and management.Using the GH Group as research sample,this paper embeds the project management method in the process of corporate culture construction,and realizes the scientific management of corporate culture reconstruction through taking project management into this process.Facts have proved that good results have been achieved.Specific research contents include as follows:Firstly,the related theoretical knowledge of project management and corporate culture is summarized,and the construction of corporate culture is embedded in the thinking of project management for literature and theoretical review;Secondly,the current situation and existing problems of corporate culture development of GH Group are analyzed by using Danison model,in order to clarify the focus point and direction of remolding corporate culture;Thirdly,according to the general process of project management.the process of corporate culture construction of GH Group is divided into project start-up,project plan,project execution and project evaluation,and the corporate culture remodeling project of GH Group is completed within the scheduled time;Finally,we summarize the conclusions of this paper and prospects for future research.Specific research methods include questionnaire survey,literature review,model construction,case analysis,induction and deduction,which will fully integrate into the project management process of corporate culture construction.Based on the research of corporate culture remodeling of GH Group,the method and mode of project management are used to promote the steady implementation of corporate culture construction system and also enrich the practical application scope of project management methods.For effectively integrating the participants and resources of GH Group's corporate culture,reasonably controlling the cost of cultural construction,and delivering the cultural construction objectives and tasks on time,the project management method achieves systematic overall control.Widening and extending the application field of project management is still the direction of future academic research.The idea of project management of enterprise culture construction needs to be further enriched.
