Highway Construction Projects Throughout The Methodology Of Environmental Management Study

Along with the accelerating development of domestic highway construction, the accordant environmental impact through the highway construction project outstands increasingly. However, an integrated techniques and methods system of environmental management in domestic highway construction projects has not been established yeast. which will support the highway environment protection and effectuate the environmental management of highway construction projects, as well as bring highway construction, operation and environmental protection into line.This thesis analyzed the status about the WCEM of domestic highway construction projects, and constructed the system of techniques and method in the WCEM through thoroughly research. And it also conferred the content and working procedure as well as corresponding techniques and method about some relevant EIA and environmental protection project design during each period of highway construction, which integrated the techniques and method into a system. Research in this thesis about EIA and environmental protection project design on different stages of highway construction enriched, perfected and effectuated techniques and method of the WCEM, and also set up the guaranteeing measures.As a result, it will improve the highway environmental protection effectively to set up the techniques and methods system of the WCEM in highway construction projects, which will practically coordinate the development of highway construction projects in environment, economics and society.
