| Our country attaches more and more importance to environmental protection.This paper takes the environmental air monitoring and early warning project of theS Environmental Protection Company as the research object,carries out the exploration and research on cost management,and provides reference experience for the cost control of the same type project.By means of earned value method,the progress and cost management of the project are studied.The research shows that in the equipment purchase and construction preparation,there are cost overruns and construction delays.In the work of system coding,system testing and user training,the progress is advanced and the cost is overspent.During the trial operation and final acceptance of the system,the progress delay and cost overruns occur.In the form of questionnaire,the specific situation of project cost management was further analyzed,and it was comprehensively considered that the project had problems such as untimely cost dynamic control,insufficient input of technical force and insufficient restriction of procurement cost.This paper puts forward the improvement scheme of improving project cost management system by introducing cost earned value management,strengthening technical support and material cost control.Based on the cost-earned value management,the improved project cost management scheme was applied and implemented in JX environmental air monitoring and early warning project,and the relative cost of the project was saved 2.447 million yuan,with the progress of 1.7% ahead of schedule,which confirmed the broad prospect of the earned value management method in the cost control of environmental protection early warning and monitoring project.This paper puts forward the project cost control optimization scheme of S Company based on cost earned value management,which has certain guiding significance for the cost management of similar projects in the environmental protection industry. |
