| In recent years,due to climate change and excessive human activities,environmental crises have occurred frequently,and governments at all levels have faced the challenge of environmental crises.Local governments,as the primary body in responding to environmental crises,should bear the brunt.How to deal with environmental crisis and establish a scientific and perfect environmental crisis response mechanism is a major challenge for the governments at all levels to realize public management functions and an important topic for public management disciplines.With the economic development and population growth,Taiyuan’s environmental carrying capacity gradually reached its limit,which is prone to environmental crisis,and has an increasing impact on the economic development and residents ’health of Taiyuan.The Taiyuan municipal government has made a series of achievements in the management and response to environmental crisis.However,due to the lack of the main body in response to environmental crisis,the lack of early warning and prevention,and other factors,Taiyuan’s prevention and monitoring before the environmental crisis occurred,and the recovery after the crisis occurred.There is still a certain gap.The article is divided into five chapters to narrate,according to the theory foundation--to carry on the discussion to the problem--draws the logical thought that the countermeasure suggests carries on the elaboration.Based on the study of crisis management theory and sustainable development theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the environmental crisis response mechanism in Taiyuan,and expounds the existing problems in the environmental crisis response mechanism in Taiyuan,taking smog crisis as an example.On the basis of the above research,according to the main body of environmental crisis response and the development cycle of environmental crisis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve Taiyuan’s environmental crisis response mechanism. |
