The worldwide environmental problems are attracting people’s attention to industrial production activities and the resource and environmental pressure under our national the high energy consumption and high emission economic growth pattern has gradually formed the external constraints on enterprise development.Environmental protection and sustainable development are the trend of current world economic development.In the context of increasingly stringent legislation,enterprises face increasing pressure from environmental pollution,with low resource utilization,increased waste,climate change and ecological imbalances,and biodiversity degradation,which brings about the adoption of a kind of system method in management,namely that establishing and implementing an environment management system is an environmental pillar that contributes to sustainable development.An environment management system cares about the impact on environment during the whole life,from the acquisition and processing of raw materials,the processing and production of products,the distribution and transportation of products,the use and maintenance of products,the recycling of product materials,to the final disposal of discarded products,etc.,and find measures and methods to ease or eliminate such impact.This is a new environmental management mode which adapts to the requirement of sustainable development strategy.This dissertation focuses on the construction research of the environment management system of automotive electronics industry and takes the production assembly process of Hefei Softec Auto Electronic Co.,Ltd as an illustration to describe and explain its environmental performance.It narrates the process of how to eventually build a complete management system according to the characteristics of Hefei Softec Auto Electronic Co.,Ltd,by establishing environmental policies,system planning,implementation and operation,and continuous improvement.It provides a reference to the establishment of enterprise environment management system for automotive electronic products.
