As an indispensable basic raw material for modern industrial development and economic development,copper is one of the most widely used and important metals in the world.Copper,with its excellent conductivity,thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance,is closely related to many industries,such as power,construction,machinery,electronics,aerospace,transportation,etc.With the continuous development of China's national economy,the consumption of the copper rod has grown rapidly,and the industrial output value has reached 390 billion annually.However,with imported equipment increases year by year,the domestic copper alignment pole capacity has been far more than actual demand of the market,by the end of the year 2016,the capacity utilization of copper rod has been less than 50%,there are serious excess capacity.S metal group,as a private enterprise integrating copper rod processing and trade,has had a brilliant and a recession in the wave of rapid economic development.This article from the marketing theory,combined with years of experience in practice,under the guidance of my mentor Liu DongSheng.S metals group marketing environment,the existing marketing strategy and marketing,analyzing the problems in using porter five,SWOT matrix,STP and 4P marketing theory as the basis,at the same time,through the questionnaire survey was carried out on the S metals group existing customers,understand customers in different market segments of product,price,promotion and service needs of several aspects,combined with S metals group in the future development direction,the existing marketing strategy put forward the improved scheme,in order to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness,promote the long-term development of the company.Text through improvement of S metals group marketing strategy,not only for the company has certain guiding significance to the sustainable development and industrial upgrading,at the same time,the copper rod industry other enterprise also can be used for this article,will be conducive to the healthy and orderly development of entire industries,for copper resources rational allocation and effective use,strengthening our country enterprise comprehensive strength of the copper rod.
