| With the rapid development of society and economy,the advancement of science and technology and the accelerating process of urbanization,vigorously major cities have been developing the urban rail transit,high-rise residential and high-rise landmarks,thus research on deep excavation has been increasingly valued.Based on the research on safety accidents at home and abroad,most of the accidents decrease slowly,which indicates that the safety accidents of underground construction are completely controllable owing to the sign of the accidents.The main reasons for deterioration of the accidents include weak,untimely and incomplete prevention.As a result,a large number of practices indicate that most of the accidents in the excavation can be controlled by technology and management.At present,monitoring method is relatively simple,and the monitoring data has not been fully mined or utilized.Besides,the process of monitoring is quite complicated with weak immunity and high rate of errors.So,someone is always arranged for safety inspections to make up for the lack of monitoring.However,no network,poor real-time feedback and so on are still the deficiencies.Thus,this research aims at discussing the strategy of applying informationalized roaming in safety management of foundation pit in order to improve the existing method of monitoring and early warning.By visualizing the risk and monitoring data,the safety information flow is more intuitive,accurate and smooth.Instead of traditional data-based cooperation,this new web-based way divides safety management duties more specifically.This research provides a more scientific safety management technology and decision accordance so as to improve safety environment and the level of safety management in construction site,avoiding safety accidents.Considering the Failure Knowledge Management as a guide,on the basis of summing up failure reasons,the classification of failure reasons are analyzed,and the knowledgeable processes are generalized,which are recording,archiving,being knowledgeable and communicating.Combined with safety management requirements and practical problems of SMIS,ideas are put forward to improve system function,workflow and database design.First,six core functions and data warning workflow of SMIS are overviewed,based on which practical problems of SMIS are generalized such as early warning modes deficiency,poor risk visualization and information flow obstacles.Then demands are proposed to modify system functions,workflow and database structure.Second,Autodesk Revit and Unity 3D are chosen to model,and SQL Server is selected to meet the demand of safety management.The linkage of virtual space and database is realized for displaying knowledge descriptions and monitoring information.In addition,the semi-dynamic file management function is efficient for preventing risks.Third,by applying 3D safety management system in Tangjia Dun foundation pit construction,features and effectiveness of 3D roaming are introduced and displayed.Things like early warning information and monitoring reports are being shared on the system platform,so that all participants could acknowledge,thus this interactive platform based on network has greatly reduced the barriers of information flow,and improved the efficiency of communication. |
