Mine hoisting system is the "throat" of mine production,and the structure of hoist foundation,derrick and derrick foundation is the basis for the safe operation of the lifting system,and its performance directly affects the safety of mine production and underground personnel.After lifting and expanding the system,the dynamic response,uneven settlement and overturning of the hoisting machine foundation under the action of cyclic load are the key problems in the safety and dynamic research of the hybrid well lifting system.The load can be further studied by means of monitoring data by lifting the wheel on the beam and then distributed over the whole derrick and derrick foundation,and how the actual situation such as force,deformation and ectopicness can continue to meet the requirements.According to the results of the survey and the field of the project,the on-site monitoring program was developed.The vibration,response and deformation characteristics of the key structures of the lifting system were grasped in the hoisting machine foundation,derrick and derrick foundation.The dynamic response and vibration eigenvalues of the rope are obtained by using the modal analysis method.The dynamic tension Rcd and Fbd of the rope-type lifting system with third-order low-frequency vibration are determined.The finite element model of the hoisting machine is established,and the cyclic lifting load is applied to the hoisting machine in the form of exponential distribution.Based on the allowable amplitude,the dangerous acceleration of vibration and operating status classification warning criteria of the foundation of the hoisting machine is determined.The finite element analysis model of the derrick is founded by the static deformation of the derrick under no-load condition.the stress and deformation of the derrick under different load effect conditions are studied roundly.The stress and deformation threshold of the safe operation of the derrick are analyzed The gray system GM(1,1)gray system theory model is established to analyze and forecast the data of the monitoring data of the foundation and derrick foundation.The prediction accuracy of the model is high,and it is determined according to the final settlement prediction value of the hoisting machine foundation and the derrick foundation.Based on the above research results,the dynamic monitoring and early warning system of key structures of mine lifting system is established,which realizes the target function of on-line dynamic monitoring and classification and early warning.
