As we all know,Coal is an important energy source and abundant resource in China,the daily consumption of energy for 2/3 comes from coal,which is the basis for promoting social and economic development.However,among the twelve heavy industries in our country,coal mine is the heavy disaster area of our country's safety production,the number of people dying of coal mine exploitation every year is much higher than that of other industrial enterprises,it is self-evident that the problem of coal mine safety is very prominent.As one of the high-risk industries,China's coal safety production technology has been greatly improved and all aspects have improved in recent years,to some extent,the occurrence of mine accidents is reduced,but at present,the situation of coal mine safety production is still severe in China,disaster accidents often occur,and compared with the same period abroad,the gap is large.The deep reasons are mainly due to improper management,lax supervision,interest driven,weak consciousness,lack of skills,equipment failure,complex environment and other factors,but in essence,employees' safety behavior ability is not enough.Therefore,the in-depth study of the safety behavior ability of the employees in the coal mine is the basis for improving the ability of their safety behavior.In this paper,five main types of underground work in coal mine are taken as the research object,based on the hazard and complexity of underground coal mine production,fully study important literature at home and abroad,and in-depth analysis of typical cases of coal mine accidents in China for the last 10 years(2007-2016),to summarize the factors affecting the safety behavior ability of employees,at the same time,with the help of field investigation and questionnaire survey,the influence factors are verified and perfected.On the basis of preliminary extraction of influence factors,using the information entropy method to optimize the influence factors,scientific and effective establishment of an evaluation index system for the safety behavior ability of coal mine underground workers in coal mine with 5 dimensions:physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics,safety consciousness,knowledge and skills,safety ability.Then,the DEMATEL method is used to clarify the inter dependence between the factors,draw factor causality diagram by this,then using ANP method,at the same time,with the help of the powerful computing power of SD(super decision)software,the global weight of each index is calculated.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to measure the level and score value of the safety behavior of the five working types of coal mine,and according to the evaluation results,around physiology,psychology,knowledge and skill levels,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In order to improve the safety behavior ability of coal mine employees and ensure the personal safety of coal mine underground workers.
