Research On Safety Production And Transportation Strategies Of Chemical Enterprises Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

In recent years,China’s chemical industry has been developing rapidly which has provided great help for the economic development.However,at the same time as the development of the chemical industry,it has also brought a lot of chemical accidents,which has brought great threats to people’s lives,property and social stability.For example,the impact of the " Explosion accident in Tianjin Binhai New Area" On August 12,2015 was extremely bad,which caused great pain to the public.Therefore,the safety management of chemical enterprises must be paid more attention.The key problem that government departments and relevant enterprises need to solve is that how to play the role of safety management more effective and ensure the safe operation of chemical enterprises.At this stage,scholars mainly based on 4M1E method of quality management to analyze the causes of chemical accidents.In the final analysis,it is still analyze the impact of personnel behavior on the accident.The evolutionary game has unique advantages in analyzing the main decision-making,combining the characteristics of accidents and the advantages of evolutionary game,in this paper,the evolutionary game theory is introduced into the chemical enterprise safety management process.Through accident analysis,it was found that there were more accidents in production and transportation.In terms of safety production,the introduction of third-party supervision has increased the success rate of safety supervision and effectively solved the problems such as low supervision efficiency and high supervision costs in the traditional safety management.In terms of safe transportation,the author refers to the establishment of special roads for the transport of hazardous chemicals in Tianjin then proposes that the government formulate the optimization path strategy which enriched the theory of safe transportation of chemical enterprises.Finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the safe production and transportation of chemical enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant literatures of domestic chemical accidents,summarizes the high-risk links of chemical accidents,then provides the research foundation for the follow-up of the article.Secondly,the game model is established aiming at the high-risk links of chemical accidents according to the actual situation then the effect of the model is proved.
