With the continuous development of society and the advent of the information explosion era,a large amount of computer management software has emerged, but these computer softwares are isolated from each other and caused the phenomenon of information island. The information in the organization relates to the flow of information flow, material flow, capital flow, responsibility flow, power flow, and interest flow in the organization, related research show that various management problems will arise when these flow of the enterprise are not properly matched.Firstly, the article studied the research that are related to the information island phenomenon, and found that the scheme that eliminate information island was mainly designed from the perspective of system integration,It focused on technology and lacked the design of responsibility flow, power flow and benefit flow in the organization. The six-flow matching theory was used as a guide, and took the current information island phenomenon of company M as background, the article analyzed and designed purchasing and distribution management, sales management, financial management and performance assessment management in company M,A six-flow matching design model for eliminating information island was proposed. The model is divided into three levels. The first layer is the display layer, the second layer is the technical solution layer, and the third layer is the organizational design layer. The procurement and distribution subsystem, sales subsystem, financial subsystem and performance assessment subsystem of company M are designed based on this model. Finally, the article found that the traditional balanced scorecard lacks six-flow matching and penetration between the four dimensions when the indicators are selected, through the combing of balanced scorecard literature,This paper established an improved balanced scorecard model based on the six-flow matching theory, selected indicators、evaluated and compared system benefits based on the model, found that the system operate status of company M changed from good to excellent. The research showed that the phenomenon of information island of company M has basically eliminated through the system optimization design based on the six-flow matching theory,The research found that the six-flow matching theory can provide a set of theories for solving the problem of information island from the perspective of the matching of information flow, material flow, capital flow, responsibility flow, power flow, and benefit flow, and provide a new solution to solve information island for other companies or organizations.
