| Due to the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,a large number of construction waste is produced along with the construction.As the waste soil,materials,dregs and other wastes left during the laying,construction or demolition of buildings or structures,construction waste not only pollutes the ecological environment,but also has certain security risks,such as affecting the surface drainage function,causing road congestion and so on.With the increase of the amount of construction waste,the effective treatment of construction waste and the utilization of renewable resources become increasingly prominent.Construction waste treatment enterprises such as the City Lvyuan company emerge as the times require.The purpose of this paper is to study the recycling of construction waste resources,the production of recycled products and the performance evaluation of environmental protection technology research and development of the company.Established in 2017,the City Lvyuan company is the first officially planned construction waste resource disposal plant in B city.Based on the ecological concept of green development and harmonious coexistence,the company has made outstanding achievements in construction waste resource treatment and reuse,solid waste treatment,soil remediation and mine remediation.On the basis of a lot of investigation and Research on the production and operation of the company and the current performance evaluation system,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of using the Balanced Scorecard evaluation system in the company;Then,based on the company’s strategic objectives and environmental characteristics,an evaluation system including five dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,learning and development,and society and environment is constructed;Then,the weight table of the whole evaluation system is obtained by expert questionnaire survey and AHP;Finally,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to get the final score of City Lvyuan performance evaluation.The score of City Lvyuan company calculated in this paper is more consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the applicability of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation system.Through the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation system,it can promote the City Lvyuan company to link the strategic objectives and performance evaluation,balance the relationship between long-term and short-term objectives,financial indicators and non-financial indicators,improve enterprise performance,and realize the healthy and sustainable development of the company.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of the enterprise,which is helpful to the improvement and promotion of the City Lvyuan company,and also provides reference for the performance evaluation of the whole construction waste treatment industry. |
