In recent years,China's iron and steel industry continues to be in a low ebb,the impact of economic crisis,the decline of market demand and other factors,as well as the changes in international situation such as Sino US trade friction,have added many uncertain factors to the development of the iron and steel industry.The main business income and profit margin are far below the national average level of about 6%,which shows that the profit level and product productivity of iron and steel enterprises and other industries There is a big gap in the industry.Iron and steel enterprises urgently need to strengthen their own control,through the whole process management of equipment,to achieve full coverage of all aspects of the whole life cycle of equipment,improve the ability of equipment control and product efficiency,and promote the high-quality development of iron and steel enterprises.Equipment life cycle management is one of the important means to realize the modernization of equipment management.This paper designs a complete set of equipment life cycle management solutions for H enterprise.The design includes data collection and information management scheme,basic equipment information management,daily equipment inspection and maintenance process,management scheme,online equipment monitoring platform,which realizes the full life cycle data description of the equipment,and based on this,the equipment evaluation system of H enterprise is designed,which provides the basis for the formulation of equipment management optimization scheme or improvement measures.Based on the management process,form presentation requirements and H enterprise's own information construction,a detailed implementation scheme of management platform based on Maximo system is proposed,and a detailed functional design and system deployment scheme are proposed for clients including mobile terminal.After the system goes online,it can reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and improve the value of equipment.Through the research,I believe that it will provide some suggestions to solve the common problems of backward equipment management concept,lack of control performance system,confusion of equipment operation and maintenance process,and inadequate optimization of equipment resource allocation in the equipment management system of iron and steel enterprises in China,so as to help them improve the equipment management level and enhance the market competitiveness.Figure23;Table3;Reference 50...
