With the development of China’s automobile industry,higher requirements are put forward for the tire industry and the rubber processing products industry,and at the same time,the rubber additive industry is being promoted to be innovative,environment-friendly and highly automated,urge the rubber auxiliary enterprise to continuously carry on the project construction and the technical upgrading transformation.There are some problems in the process of s company’s upgrading and transformation,such as the lack of project argumentation,the lack of process node control and risk management,the lack of stakeholder planning management,the lack of effective project process assessment,etc.,there is an urgent need to improve the success rate of the project,shorten the project construction cycle,better and faster to achieve the project objectives,rubber additives for the development of enterprises to provide strong power.In this paper,the whole life cycle theory is applied to the whole process management of rubber additives upgrading project,and the whole life cycle model of s company’s rubber additives upgrading project is put forward,the life cycle of rubber additives upgrading project is divided into six stages: Project Establishment,project design research,project actual construction and construction,trial production,acceptance and delivery production,the scope,objectives and contents of each work stage are elaborated,and the deliverables and acceptance criteria for each work stage are defined,which provides an overall management framework for project implementation.On the basis of the project life cycle model,this paper carries on the project scope management based on the life cycle and stakeholder management based on the life cycle for s company’s 60,000 tons insoluble sulfur upgrading project,based on the risk management of the whole life cycle project and the assessment management of the whole life cycle,the necessity and validity of the whole life cycle model are verified.S Company 60,000 tons of insoluble sulfur upgrading project after the introduction of the project life cycle management,it has achieved the effects of advanced construction period,effective exertion of project production capacity,effective control of project risk and high degree of satisfaction of project stakeholders,and has provided a blueprint for the organization and implementation of other upgrading and transformation activities of rubber auxiliaries of the company,it can also be used as a reference and analysis basis for the project management of upgrading and transformation in the rubber auxiliary industry.
