Study On Countermeasures Of Non-point Source Pollution Control In Heyuan County Of Zijin County

The farmers get rich quick wishes and support of national and local government,making China's rural pig farming has been developing rapidly,especially held the party's the third Plenary Session of the 14 th CPC Central Committee,stimulate and promote the rural farms toward large-scale,intensive development.Family owned pig model,because of the small amount of pig manure dirt,farmland relatively high degree of organic manure in soil containing the pig manure,dirt dumped into the surrounding farmland directly through the processing way,and will not cause harm to the surrounding farmland;with pig farming scale,the amount of manure contaminants increased exponentially.A large number of organic manure containing direct dumping into farmland,farmland can not be digested and absorbed,caused a huge impact to the surrounding farmland and local rural health.Zijin County is a large agricultural county in Guangdong city of Heyuan Province,the pig industry non-point source pollution control work will not only affect the quality of life in the countryside,but also have a huge impact on the lower reaches of Dongjiang water safety problem,the problem of non-point source pollution to the pig industry in Zijin County is particularly important.In this paper,Ziyuan County piggery non-point source pollution control countermeasures were studied,aiming at the problem of non-point source pollution in piggery,so as to provide solutions for the problem of non-point source pollution of pig industry in Zijin County.This paper uses theoretical analysis method to collect concise literatures and experts' viewpoints.It takes pig industry scale farming and non-point source pollution control as the main line,and analyzes the problems existing in the development process of modern pig industry and the way to solve them.The empirical analysis to the status quo of thedevelopment of the pig industry in Zijin County as an example,analysis of the pig industry in Zijin County,the achievements and problems,through the study found five main problems of pollution control in Zijin County pig scene: 1)farm land conflict problem and agricultural infrastructure construction is 2);the specification of the problem;3)pig farm construction problems;4)the government supervision and management to the problem;5)the problem of poor awareness of environmental protection.This paper reviewed the research experience of animal husbandry pollutants on environmental pollution and animal husbandry pollution comprehensive utilization,puts forward related suggestions in Zijin County farm non-point source pollution control: 1)improve farm related management system construction work,need to set up the farm management specialized agencies in the government,and improve the existing system of farm related the construction work;2)strengthen land planning work farms,planning work focus on the planning work,the number of towns of slaughter pigs,do a good job of planning the number of small and medium-sized farms good pig farming industry chain research work,good pig scale effect;3)to strengthen the infrastructure work,focus on hydropower warm based network laying good work,sewage treatment facilities construction of pig good work,the surrounding road construction As such;4)strengthening government support and guidance functions,"the simple truth is better than that of the guide system is particularly important in the development of pig manure on the governance of dirt,should be combined with the local characteristics of Zijin County,good government support and guidance work;5)to strengthen the environmental protection of the villagers on the whole training work.
