The conception of PLC control system of slag grinding production line,the stability of control system and the establishment of common function module are studied.In the process of research,based on the previous research,PLC control system of slag grinding production line was explored and optimized accordingly.Both in the economy and the stability of the system has it greater theoretical significance and practical value.In the research process of this paper,the design and analysis of slag cement grinding control system were mainly discussed and researched based on the actual engineering background.The industrial control computer system and programmable logic controller for effective integration,will be designed into a new type of integrated control system.In this paper,according to the slag cement grinding production line related technology and requirements,the control program was proposed.Then,the selection of the DCS system and the structure of the hardware and software design were elaborated.In the process of designing the hardware system,a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the construction of the site control station and the electrical design principle of the field device layer and the selection of the communication network was carried out.In the software design process,The programming software CX1-progarmmer provided by OMROM was used,and meanwhile the ladder diagram method was used to carry out the program design.The production process was analyzed in detail and effectively,so the logic control design of the production line was realized.In the design of centralized operation monitoring layer,DAQFactory software was mainly used to carry out,on the one hand,I / O data points to complete the establishment and the corresponding management,but both alarm and report printing capabilities.The problems existing in the debugging process of the system were analyzed,and an effective solution is given.In the end,it is considered that the DCS control system made up of modern PLC and configuration software is more advantageous and more feasible than the traditional DCS control system in the control of slag cement grinding system.
