The Zi-zou iron mine is located in Yuxi City,Yunnan Province,and is jointly developed by flat tunnels and ramps.Trackless vehicles enter from the entrance of the middle section of 1480 and pass through the 1# ramp.From the perspective of safe production,efficiency improvement,and intelligent mine construction,a set of vehicle positioning and traffic signal control systems are pre-established.After investigation,it is found that such system products on the market mainly have the following shortcomings: they are basically designed for use in coal mines,and the relatively good environment of non-coal mines makes these systems available in terms of system cost,equipment volume,and operation and maintenance.Considerable extra cost;and this type of system uses more RFID vehicle identification technology and multi-component base stations,which makes it difficult to reduce the system cost,and further intelligent construction is limited.This paper takes the middle section of Zi-zou iron mine 1480-1430 as the research starting point,combined with domestic and foreign research status,market products,some mine applications and specific engineering background,and makes a plan design,and then adopts ZigBee wireless communication,PLC programmable controller,Communication,computer and other technologies complete the system’s vehicle positioning and signal control from hardware selection and software programs.The work and results of this paper are as follows:1.Designed a new base station scheme of underground vehicle traffic signal control system.The solution draws on the distributed architecture concept of the Internet,and uses a small intelligent programmable controller S7-200 SMART SR20 to set up a centralized base station integrating data processing,communication,and comprehensive control at each node,replacing the traditional multi-component,large-scale integrated base station.Volume base station.2.Use Texas Instruments’ CC2530F256 ZigBee wireless communication chip as the core board,and then use CH340 G chip and TTL to RS485 to communicate with the vehicle identification coordinator/router node serial port,and write the free port of the base station Siemens core and CC2530 8051 core The communication protocol lays the foundation for the further intelligent construction of the mine.3.After the underground part is completed,the base station is connected to the mine LAN.KingView configuration software is used on the ground,and each interface is accessed through IP addresses and registers.Through visual programming,the monitoring and control of the downhole system are realized,and it has the functions of automatically recording traffic data and generating reports.This article has realized the functions required by the expected system.The system has been debugged and verified and is in good condition in terms of vehicle positioning,data signal transmission,signal processing and control,and upper monitoring.Compared with the existing systems on the market,the development has been reduced by more than half.And subsequent maintenance costs.Base stations with detailed distributed architecture,small data processing,and communication control integration are currently less widely used and have a certain degree of innovation.It has a certain reference value for the application of this kind of engineering.
