Seabea production system is an important production method for offshore oil and gas development.The all-electric Subsea production system has the advantages of fast response,low power consumption,low cost,strong expansibility,zero emission and so on.The all-electric subsea production system is more suitable for the development of oil and gas wells in the deep water environment,and it is an important direction for the future development of marine oil and gas.The Electric Subsea Control Module(ESCM)is the core equipment of the all-electric subsea production system.In this subject the first prototype of the 500 meters water depth ESCM in China is developed.In this paper,the design of ESCM and the analysis of the key structure are completed,a dual redundant control system is built,and the experimental research of the ESCM prototype is completed.The work completed is as follows:Fully investigate the domestic and foreign subsea production system,study the related technologies of all-electric subsea control system,put forward the design requirements and performance indicators of ESCM,and complete the overall design of ESCM mechanical structure and electrical system.The structure of the pressure resistant shell,the butt locking mechanism and the subsea ROV operating electrical connector are completed.For the Subsea Electrics Module and drive box,using the finite element method to complete the two temperature field analysis,strength and stability of the pressure hull analysis.The structural design of the locking mechanism is completed.Through the mechanical analysis of the locking process and the ANSYS simulation of the locking block and the shear pin,the contact strength of the locking block and the shear strength of the shear pin are analyzed.The layout of the docking tray is completed,the layout of the electrical connectors on the docking tray is determined,the alignment accuracy calculation and the ANSYS stress and strain analysis of the docking tray are completed,and the secure and stable docking and docking of the electrical connectors on the tray is ensured.The design requirements and performance indexes of subsea ROV operating electrical connector are proposed,and the overall structure design is completed.A slip ring pin-type dynamic sealing structure and a locking hook unlocking ring plug-instructure are proposed,which realizes subsea ROV operating electrical connector.According to the theory of linear elasticity,the establishment of the mechanical model of the locking mechanism and the analysis of the insertion and extraction force of the subsea ROV operating electrical connector are completed.The deformation and force analysis of the locking ring and the locking hook are completed by the deformation energy method.The relationship between the insertion force and the locking hook deformation is deduced theoretically,and the maximum insertion removal force was obtained.Through the simplification of the model of the ROV connector,the numerical simulation of the temperature field is completed and the influence of the contact resistance and the ambient temperature on the temperature field of the subsea ROV operating electrical connector is obtained.According to the characteristics of dual redundancy control system,the control module and control circuit of underwater electronic module are designed in detail.Hardware,two sets of Subsea Electrics Module system hot backup mode,the use of hardware and software can be tailored PC104 board technology to complete the dual redundancy control system hardware to achieve the control system function redundancy,using redundant power supply technology The power transmission redundancy,which greatly improves the reliability and stability of the subsea control system;based on the Vxworks embedded real-time operating system,completed the underwater electronic module multitasking program design,completed the software system master module,CAN communication module,data acquisition module and TCP communication module detailed design.Based on the drive technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the detailed design of the hardware and software of the drive system is completed,so as to realize the drive of the all-electric valve actuator.In view of the function that ESCM needs to verify,the building of the ESCM test platform is completed.The function test of the ESCM principle prototype of the 500 meters water depth is completed.The integrity and reliability of the ESCM function is verified through the complete monitoring experiment of ESCM's monitoring function,control function and mechanical function.The response of the control system is real-time,accurate and stable.The developed ESCM meets the design requirements.
