A Company Information Project Quality Management Research On Influence Factors

In recent years,the iron and steel industry overcapacity,iron and steel enterprises increasingly fierce competition,in the face of the current grim situation,it is particularly important for information technology to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises.For information project,quality management is crucial for the success of the project,It is particularly important to analyze and study the influencing factors of quality management.the international popular standard ISO9001 and CMM models are put forward in order to guide the enterprise to set up the development process of quality management requirements.However,the product of the information project of the steel industry is a special product,it can only be seen by the background of the database server and the front of the display interface and throughout the production process.It is the manufacturing process is basically equivalent to the design process,quality management methods obviously can not be applied mechanically other products to the management of information technology projects.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a quality management method for the steel industry informatization project.In this paper,a steel industry informatization construction project as an example,discusses the factors affecting the quality of the management information system of the project,points out that it has an important and key role in the implementation of the project quality information system in the process of project.The company's information technology includes remote metering system,quality reporting system,data acquisition system,MES and ERP.Covering the enterprise information chain two level to the four level system of all projects(one is the automation instrument,the two level for the data acquisition,the three level is MES,four ERP),face the many needs of the project,the overall quality control factors of multi project is very important,but in order to make the project unified coordination sure,and communication is particularly important stakeholders.Before implementation of the system,project stakeholders by classification,brainstorming preliminary definition of stakeholders,a wide range of investigation and ultimately determine the stakeholders,through the full understanding of stakeholder needs and opinions of management stakeholders to balance the interests of all parties,the stakeholders have a positive impact on the project,to ensure customer satisfaction and leadership.In order to change the project quality management mode as an opportunity to explore and improve the project operation mode,further defined the company's quality management objectives,clear all aspects of the relationship between quality requirements,analysis of the drawbacks of the mode of operation,to provide first-hand material for the adjustment and development of enterprise informatization project quality model.
