Party A's Management Of The Affected Stakeholders In The General Infrastructure Contracting Project Of The County Government

With the rapid development of economy,the funds invested by county government in infrastructure projects are increasing year by year.With the increase of projects and people's laws,the consciousness of self-protection is strengthened.In recent years,the number of projects which can not be realized smoothly in the implementation of government investment projects is increasing year by year because of non-engineering reasons,such as time limit,change,dispute and so on.In this context,this paper explores a kind of management method from theory to practice for party A to indirectly participate in the damaged stakeholders in the government investment general contracting project.This paper studies the management of Party A's indirect participation in the damaged stakeholders.This paper analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of Party A's contract management and indirectly participating in the management of damaged stakeholders in the government infrastructure general contracting project.The pure commercial contract management of Party A can not effectively manage the projects affected by the indirect participation of the injured stakeholders,so as to explore Party A's indirect participation in the management of the injured stakeholders in the government investment general contract project.That is to say,Party A set up the leading Group of Government Investment Project Management to manage indirectly the injured stakeholders from the perspective of stakeholder management.Through the statistical analysis of the historical data of the general contracting projects of government infrastructure affected by the affected stakeholders in a county city in recent years,Combined with typical cases,this paper summarizes the management of Party A's indirect participation in the project implementation process.The conclusion of this paper is that indirect involvement in the management of damaged stakeholders is achieved through the establishment of a management office by the government.The management office formulates the corresponding management mechanism,determines the source and the proportion of the management expenses,and clarifies the rights and responsibilities of both parties in the form of contract,so asto effectively manage the general contracting project indirectly participating in the injured stakeholders and reducing the hidden danger that will affect the social stability.
