Human resource is the key factor that affects the competitiveness of enterprises.Employee training is an important means to improve the quality of human resource.DK,a new material company,have a lot of problems on management at the beginning of establishment.Management confusion,lack of identity of the enterprise employees,frequent safety accidents,skilled workers temporary shortage situation are all the problems that need to be settle down.In the bad market environment,as a new-establishing company,it is very challenging to survive.DK have to solve a lot of problems through effective training,to improve employee skills,to train the new staff,to improve enterprise management level,and to make employees be proud of being a part of the company.How to make the training system work to establish a team with high quality,is the key factor to the development of DK company.So in this paper,i try to figure out how to establish the effective training system to help DK to solve these problems.In this paper,the current development status,human resource status and training of DK are analyzed,and the problems existing in the training of DK are tried.By solving these problems,the training system of DK can be run efficiently and play the key role in development of DK.Then the training system will help DK to solve the management problems.Lack of employees' identity to the company,the frequent safety accidents,skilled workers temporary shortage situation are all the problems need to be settle down.After carefully analysing,I figure out that the problems of the training of DK.Extensive training management mode,lack of necessary training resources,the training not closely related to the company's development,insufficient training needs investigation and analysis,lack of planning,bad training effect are all the problems that DK suffers from.In order to solve these problems,in this paper,focused on the training needs of DK,with the company's existing resources,I designed an operable standardized implementation process of training.And I try to carry out training with various training methods to improve the training effect.In order to improve the management level of the company,accelerate the process of personnel training,and improve employees' sense of identity for the company,the training plan of new employees and the managers of DK company is designed in detail.At the same time,the training guarantee system is designed from the aspects of organization,culture,system and capital to guarantee the operation of the training system.In this process,this paper draw the following conclusion:the training is the effective means to improve company management level,to improve staff skill levels,to help staff get into the team.The establishment of the company training system should focus on the needs of the company and pay attention to the practicability of training.The training needs of the company come from the organizational strategy level,the position level and the personal level of the employees.The training makes the organization,the position and the individual closely linked together to form an organic whole;Human resources are the key resources of the company.
